Biography:

Sydney-born Neilton Clarke is a graduate of the University of NSW College of Fine Arts, where he majored in painting and printmaking, and a recipient of awards and assistance from the Art Gallery of NSW (Moya Dyring Scholarship & Dyason Bequest), NSW Ministry for the Arts (International Projects Grant), Australian DFAT, The Japan Foundation, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and the Australia-Japan Foundation. Clarke is represented in wide-ranging collections including the National Gallery of Australia, Art Gallery of New South Wales, State Library of Queensland, Myer Foundation, UNSW, Macquarie University, Machida Museum of Graphic Arts (Japan), Akiruno City Collection (Japan), Urawa Art Museum (Japan), Silpakorn University (Thailand), Mahanakorn University (Thailand), Australian Embassy (Thailand), and Splitgraphic Archive (Croatia).
