Heli Väisänen (born 1967), Visual artist MA, lives and works in Rauma, on the west coast of Finland. She has studied also Art therapy, empowering photography and art history. She is a member of the Association of Finnish Printmakers. She is a member of Rauma Printmakers Association and both Rauma and Pori Societies of Artists.
