Biography:

Željko Đurovic was born in 1956 in Danilovgrad, Montenegro. He completed his studies in painting, as well as post-graduate studies, at the FPU in Belgrade. He is a member of ULUS and the international artist group LIBELLULE, France. Had 42 independent exhibitions in the country and abroad. Exhibited at the International Center for Fantastic Art, Gruyeres Castle (his works are in the Museum’s permanent exhibition), Salon Comparaison, Grand Palais in Paris, Museum of Fantastic Art in Vienna, participated in the Firs Read more...t World Exhibition of Fantastic Art Du Fantastique au Visionnaire, Venice, Italy. Represented in over 32 art books (Metamorphosis, Metaphysical Painting, Imaginaire I, Dreamscapes I, Serbian Painting of the 20th Century). Winner of the award of the foundation "M.C. Etcher’ for ex libris’, painting awards of the Momo Kapor Foundation as well as Grand Prix awards at the First Biennial of Fantastic Art of Serbia.
