Leslie A. Golomb (1953, Pittsburgh, PA, USA) obtained a B.F.A. in printmaking from Pittsburgh’s Carnegie-Mellon University in 1975 and a M.F.A. in printmaking from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1978. She also attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. She served as founder and director of the American Jewish Museum of the Jewish Community Center Pittsburgh from 1996 – 2006. Leslie exhibits her work nationally and internationally and received recognition by the National Endowment for th Read more...e Arts. In 2011 Leslie was a prize -winner of the China Guanlan International Biennial. This award included a six -week successful artist in residency. Recent exhibitions include, Impact 9 International Printmaking Conference, Hangzhou (China, 2015), “Light/Matter” at the Grunwald Gallery of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana (USA, 2017) and the Alberta University Museum, Edmonton, Alberta (Canada, 2018), and the International Triennial of Contemporary Graphic Arts, Novosibirsk State Museum (Russia, 2018
