Born in Osaka, 1971. I studied craft design at Kanazawa Collage of Art and forest ecology at Tottori University and have Bachelor’s degrees from them. Although I started wood en-graving by myself, both of these knowledges influence my artistic style. I mainly make wood engravings and sometimes I make linocuts, wood cuts and water color paintings. My wood engravings have been exhibited at international exhibitions since 2008.
