Biography:

Started in Algeria (French colony) as a Primary School Teacher, 1962 immigrated to France where he became High School German Teacher. Now lives in the Southwest part of France as a retired teacher.) Artistic education: essentially self-taught, but participated in several engraving workshops in France, Austria and Portugal. 
Produced more than 300 pictures (etchings, dry points, mezzotints; linocuts and drawings). Participated in many group exhibitions in several French towns and particularly abroad (Argentina, forme Read more...r Yugoslavia, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Bulgaria, Italy, Poland). Personal exhibitions in French towns, in Vienna (Austria), in Prague (Czech Republic) and in Venice (Italy). The artist's work has been awarded locally and abroad: Portugal, Argentina, Italy, and has been selected for several international Triennials: Kanagawa (Japan), Wroclaw (Poland) Ankara (Turkey- ex-libris exhibition). He has been awarded in Paris, where he won the Prize Séjournant for an ex-libris in the "Foundation Taylor".
